This page serves as the Master Service Agreement for all Forge Idaho builds. It is designed to be as clear as a technical manual—protecting the “Digital Garage” while ensuring you, the Client, understand the parameters of your high-performance infrastructure.

FORGE IDAHO: TERMS OF DEPLOYMENT

1. THE TECHNICAL PARTNERSHIP

By initializing a build cycle, you are engaging Andrew Frey, M.S. (the “Technical Advisor”) to engineer, calibrate, and maintain your digital infrastructure. These terms govern the relationship between Forge Idaho and your business (the “Client”).

2. THE 7-DAY IGNITION PROTOCOL

The “7-Day Ignition Cycle” is a strict technical timeline designed for rapid, high-torque deployment.

• Client Obligations: To maintain the 7-day timeline, the Client must provide all requested specs, assets, and approvals within 24 hours of a request.
• Stalling: If a build is stalled by the Client for more than 14 days, the project will be moved from the “Active Bay” to “Storage,” and a re-ignition fee may be required.

3. THE OWNERSHIP & EQUITY PROTOCOL

Forge Idaho operates on a “Zero-Hostage” philosophy regarding asset equity.

• Title Acquisition: At any point, the Client may pay a one-time $3,000 Title Acquisition Fee to own their digital engine outright.
• Maintenance Reduction: Once the title is acquired, the Client’s monthly overhead is reduced by $200/mo.
• The Transfer: Upon buyout, I will provide a full technical export and assist in the migration of your assets to a third-party environment.

4. SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE & HOSTING

All Forge Idaho engines are housed on Domestic 4-Core Servers for maximum performance.

• Uptime: While I apply Nuclear-grade logic and Industrial Cybersecurity standards to ensure stability, I cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to the nature of global internet infrastructure.
• Maintenance Windows: I perform routine “engine tuning” and security hardening during off-peak hours to ensure your system remains at peak performance.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN

• Work Product: All custom brand assets, logos, and code created during your build cycle are your property upon final payment.
• Proprietary Sensors: Forge Idaho utilizes certain proprietary “sensors,” dashboard integrations, and analytical models (e.g., specific Market Intelligence heatmaps) that remain the property of the Advisor.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As a Systems Engineer I apply the highest technical standards to your infrastructure.

• Scope: Forge Idaho is not liable for lost revenue, data loss due to third-party server failures, or “Acts of God” that impact the digital landscape.
• Maximum Liability: In no event shall Forge Idaho’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific build cycle in question.

7. TERMINATION & THE “ZERO-HOSTAGE” GUARANTEE

Either party may terminate the maintenance agreement with 30 days’ notice.

• No Hostages: I will never withhold your data or domain as leverage.
• Technical Export: If you choose to leave the garage, you will receive your full digital files as per the Ownership Policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through technical calibration will be handled in the courts of Bannock County, ID.
